two decades in filmbusiness

Since founding cineconstructor in 2007, I have been working full-time in the field of set design and set construction for cinema, TV and advertising films. During this time, I have increasingly specialized in the planning, design and realization of film sets for the set decoration and art department.
In my function as a so-called set dresser lead man, I am in close contact with the set decorators or production designers, as this is the interface between the design and realization of a film set.
I see my job primarily as supporting you with suggestions for solutions and their implementation in technical, logistical and personnel areas.
This requires a high degree of trust and empathy from all persons involved, but in my opinion it is essential in order to be able to implement the tasks in the demanding and sometimes confusing film production business in the best possible way.
